Press play and LYRA looks in the open LRCLIB API, a .lrc file in the same folder, then the file tags. If nothing fits, search and pick one or edit it yourself. Lyrics you chose are never overwritten.

See a translation and a pronunciation under foreign lyrics: Hangul readings for Japanese, pinyin or Hangul for Chinese, and Hangul pronunciation for English. Everything is processed on your device.

On Android, lyrics float over other apps. On iOS, the current line sits on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity.

Long-press a line to repeat it. Long-press another line to extend the range, and see the repeat count as you go.

Swipe through your album covers and pick what to play next. Your music unfolds one cover at a time, so browsing your library is a pleasure in itself.

A 10-band equalizer, playback speed, a sleep timer and playlists. Switch between light and dark themes with the sun and moon button.
LYRA has no sign-up and no login, and no server keeps your music or listening history. The library index, lyrics cache and settings are stored only on your device.
When you search for lyrics, the song title, artist, album and length are sent to lrclib.net (you can limit this to Wi-Fi with the "Wi-Fi only" setting), and translation models and the Japanese dictionary are downloaded from Apple and Google. To stay free, LYRA shows Google AdMob ads. It requests non-personalized ads only and does not ask for iOS tracking permission (ATT). Ads can be removed with an optional one-time in-app purchase, whose verification is handled by RevenueCat (USA) using an anonymous ID.
