Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions of use of the mobile app "LYRA" and related services (the "Service") provided by TERAGAMEZ ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Effect and changes)
- These Terms apply to everyone who installs and uses the App.
- The Company may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law, with notice on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
- If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may uninstall the App and stop using the Service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
Article 3 (No account)
LYRA has no sign-up or login. All data (library index, lyrics cache, playlists, settings) is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the App or change devices. See the account information page.
Article 4 (The Service)
- The App is free to download and use and contains ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and only non-personalized ads are requested. You can remove ads with an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Remove ads"). See the Privacy Policy.
- The App plays music files on your device and offers synced lyrics lookup and editing, on-device translation and pronunciation, floating lyrics (Android), lock screen lyrics (iOS), an equalizer and more.
- The Company may change or discontinue the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will post a notice on this site at least 30 days before discontinuing it.
- Online lyrics lookup, translation model downloads and ad display require a network connection. Music playback and lyrics already on the device work offline.
- Paid item (Remove ads). A one-time in-app purchase that removes ads is available. The price is the amount shown in the store (App Store or Google Play) before you buy.
- Payment and refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies and procedures. The Company does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
- The purchase is tied to the store account that paid for it. It does not transfer between stores (for example iOS and Android). If you change devices or reinstall the App, use Restore purchases with the same account.
- Remove ads only hides ad banners. Ownership is checked at launch through the store and our purchase verification provider (RevenueCat), and a refunded purchase loses its effect.
- If ads are discontinued in the App in the future, the purchase remains valid and simply has no further effect.
Article 5 (Music and copyright)
- The App does not provide music; it plays files you already have on your device. You are responsible for lawfully obtaining and using your music and files.
- You must not use the App in a way that infringes copyright or other rights of others.
Article 6 (Lyrics data)
- Online lyrics are open data provided by a third party, the LRCLIB community. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timing or rights status.
- Lyrics you edit or choose yourself are stored on your device at your own responsibility and are never overwritten automatically by the App.
- Translation and pronunciation results are for reference only and may be wrong.
Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)
- Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the App, or infringing the Company's intellectual property
- Abusing the ad system, such as fraudulent ad clicks or interfering with ad display
- Placing excessive load on outside services such as LRCLIB
- Any other conduct that violates law or public order
Article 8 (Intellectual property)
Rights in the App's program, design and logo (LYRA) belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Some fonts and open-source components are subject to their own licenses.
Article 9 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions that occur without its intent or negligence, such as natural disasters or outages of carriers or outside services (LRCLIB, Apple, Google and others).
- The Company is not liable for loss of data stored on your device caused by you, such as losing or replacing the device or uninstalling the App.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for the Service, which is provided free of charge, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Governing law and disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed through customer support and, failing that, resolved in the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you more favorable protection, that law prevails.
