- Device ID — the value shown as "Device ID: dev-…" at the bottom of the App's MY tab, and your nickname
- Device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 16 / iOS 26, Galaxy S25 / Android 16)
- App version (at the bottom of the MY tab or in the app details on the App Store / Google Play)
- What happened and when, with a screenshot if possible
- For payment issues, the order number on your store receipt (Apple: Order ID / Google: the number starting with GPA.)

Device ID & data
Do I need to sign up or log in?
No. A device ID is created automatically on first launch and you can start playing right away. We never ask for your name or email.
Where can I find my device ID?
Scroll to the bottom of the MY tab to see "Device ID: dev-…". Please include it when you contact us or request data deletion.
Can I continue after changing phones or reinstalling the App?
There is no account recovery or transfer yet. Reinstalling the App or changing devices creates a new device ID, so your points, purchased songs and records do not carry over. Premium can be re-applied with Restore purchases at the bottom of SHOP → Get points; if that does not work, contact us with your previous device ID and your store order number.
I want my data deleted.
Settings, progress and recordings on your device are deleted when you uninstall the App. To also delete your nickname, records and points on our server, note your device ID before uninstalling and email us at the address above. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Points & purchases
How do I get points?
You get 100P when you first start, and you can earn 30P per ad (up to 3 times a day) under SHOP → Get points. You can also buy point packs (300P · 1,100P · 3,500P). Each song costs 100P.
I paid, but my points or Premium did not show up.
Delivery can be delayed depending on your network. Make sure you are online, fully close the App and open it again. For Premium, also try Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, contact us with your device ID and the order number on your store receipt.
I want a refund.
Payments are processed by the stores, so refunds are requested from the store. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use your order history in Google Play. An unused point pack can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, and points are revoked once a refund is approved (Terms of Service, Article 7).
Are there loot boxes or gacha?
No. Every product is delivered exactly as described.
How do I remove ads?
Buy Premium (one-time purchase) to remove all ads and unlock every song.
Playing
The sound is quiet or missing.
Check your device volume and silent mode. Also make sure the Volume slider on the Free Play screen is not set low.
The sound is delayed or the timing judgment feels off.
Bluetooth earphones and speakers deliver sound with a delay, which can throw off timing. Try playing with the device speaker or wired earphones.
Where do I change the kalimba type, number labels or screen orientation?
On the MY tab you can change the kalimba type (Board, Box, Arc, Gourd, Crystal), number labels, play-screen orientation (landscape/portrait) and language. You can also replay the tutorial from the MY tab.
Where are my recordings?
Play and delete them from Recordings (the folder button) on the Free Play screen. On iPhone, you can also get the WAV files from the Files app › On My iPhone › One Song a Day Kalimba › recordings. Recordings capture only the App's own sound; the microphone is not used.
Can I play without the internet?
Free Play, Study and songs you already own work offline. Buying songs, rankings, ad rewards and in-app purchases need an internet connection.
How do I change my nickname?
Tap the name at the top of the MY tab and edit it (up to 20 characters). Nicknames are shown publicly in rankings, so please do not use your real name or contact details.
