The Game starts without sign-up: it creates a guest account from a device ID and saves your progress on TERAGAMEZ servers. You can delete the server account and the data on your device as follows.
Option 1. Request deletion by email — removes data on our server
The current version of the Game has no in-app delete button, so please email us.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "[Hero's Journal] Account deletion request".
- To help us find your account, include whatever you can of the following. The Game does not show an account number, so two or more items make it faster.

- Once verified we delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email. If we cannot find it, we will tell you what else we need.
Option 2. Remove on-device data — uninstall the app
Uninstalling the app (or on Android, Settings → Apps → 영웅의 성장일지 → Storage → Clear data) removes the slot progress files, sound settings and sign-in token on your device.
Uninstalling alone does not delete your server account. Use Option 1 to remove server data as well. If you reinstall afterwards you can start over with a new guest account.
What is deleted and what is kept

Before you delete
- Deletion cannot be undone. Remaining Magic Stones, equipment and purchased items (including the ad-removal pass and extra slots) are lost with the account and are not refunded.
- Deleting the account does not cancel store payments. Request refunds from your Google Play order history or at reportaproblem.apple.com
